		<description>Kathy - good point. But what I am talking about as actually attacking someone or putting them down, even in subtle ways. And if you stop to notice, you will KNOW that you are doing it. But you&#039;re absolutely right that sometimes others will feel attacked even when there is no ill will in your words.</description>
